You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must meet the following criteria:
The product is in unused, unworn, and resalable condition.
It is returned in its original packaging, with all included components (tags, manuals, inserts, accessories).
It does not fall under any non-returnable category (see Section 5 below).
Products returned that do not meet these criteria may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

Once authorized:
Ship the product using a trackable shipping method.
Ensure that the return package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until your refund is confirmed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested and approved.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect on your account depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Please note:
Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, a full refund including shipping will be issued.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with a different variant or product, please initiate a return and place a new order independently.
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
